SUBARU WAS NEVER DESTINED TO BE A SEVENTH SEAL! It was originally Seishirou who would be the seventh seal but something happened. Maybe it was Kamui’s choice. Who knows. It was proclaimed in the manga that Subaru was meant to be a seventh minion.
I think that it was either Fuuma/Earth!Kamui or the evil Hokuto that had killed Kanoe…well I do believe that she deserved it.
